The Pioneer DJ 4-channel DDJ-SZ2 from Pioneer is the all-in-one flagship Serato DJ controller system designed for live performance applications such as at a party or in a club. This updated version is equipped to control the latest additions to Serato DJ including key shift, key sync, pitch play, and Serato flip. Additional updates include an improved jog-wheel with better latency to make scratching more responsive and precise. The controller features two decks styled after CDJs with large touch-capacitive jog-wheels and in-wheel track LCD displays, two banks of eight customizable LED-backlit performance pads which offer instant feedback on playing status and pad modes, and a 4-channel DJM-style mixer with two built-in USB 24-bit/44.1 kHz audio interfaces.

The two audio interfaces utilize Cirrus Logic DACs with a signal-to-noise ratio of 111 dB and enable two separate computers to be connected to the controller at the same time. The top of the mixer section features switches for assigning channels 1 & 3 and channels 2 & 4 to either USB A/B, allowing for seamless transitions between two DJs and their computers. The Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX6 is a 4-channel DJ performance control for rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro. The controller is bus powered and unlocks both rekordbox DJ and Serator DJ Pro software without the need for a subscription. The format of the controller borrows heavily from the flagship DJM and CDJ line of equipment. Full-sized jog wheels feature on-jog displays with playhead positioning.

The DDJ-FLX6 introduces several new features including Merge FX and Jog Cutter scratch effects. Merge FX add dramatic flair to your sets and allow you to easily mix different styles of music regardless of BPM or key. Simply engage the Merge FX knob and turn to start building tension in the music. Once you're ready to make a drop and move the next track, simply press the Merge FX knob again. The Pad Scratch is engaged via the performance pads and offers eight distinct scratch techniques recorded by DJ Jazzy Jeff. Any track playing or cued will be scratched. What's more is that the scratch speed is automatically matched to the tracks BPM.
