The Return & Refund Policy is applicable for 14 days from the date of your purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or refund,
unless otherwise the product has got a manufacturing defect. In such case, you are required to contact the
authorized service centre to get your product repaired or replaced with a new one. Alternatively, you can also
contact us to get assistance on the defective product to get it repaired or replaced with.
Please note that in order for you to be eligible for a return, your item
must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in
the original packaging (any opened packages shall not be acceptable for refunds).
In order to complete your return / refund, we would require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
You can also cancel online orders by sending an email to info@quickdealz.com . If the item has already dispatched at the time of cancellation, no refunds shall be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund request is approved, then a full refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited automatically to your
credit card or original mode of payment, within a maximum of 10 working days. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against
any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
In case if a refund has not been received by you after placing the request, then please check with your bank /
credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If there is no updates received
from your bank / credit card provider on your refund, then please contact us on info@quickdealz.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance Sale / Special Offer items cannot be refunded.
